Yoga first drew me in as a way to manage stress and find more joy. At the time, Baltimore had few yoga studios, so I began practicing online before finding an inspiring teacher and developing a regular studio practice. As my practice deepened, so did my passion for teaching.
My classes blend Hatha, Iyengar, and Vinyasa with a relaxed, welcoming approach and a strong emphasis on proper alignment. I encourage students to move at their own pace, trusting that strength, flexibility, and confidence grow naturally with consistent practice.
My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience or ability. You don't need to stand on your head or do the splits—just come ready to move, breathe, and feel your best.
Class is $12. Bring a friend to your first class and they attend for free. Please bring your own water and mat. Reserve a spot by Venmo @potluckstudio - add the class date and “Yoga” in the notes or drop in. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges for pre-booked reservations.
